The celebrations for the Queen's jubilee are starting, with her grandchildren paying tribute to their granny.

The partying will focus around the first weekend in June to mark 60 years since her coronation.

Prince William says the queen is a credit to the nation.

She's professional in her ability to know how to move around, how to speak to people, and how to engage with people within a few split seconds of meeting them.

The way that she carries herself forward, smiles constantly...able to go into the room and bring the room to life..you know these are the things that at her age she shouldn't be doing, and yet she's carrying on and doing them, and not only in this country, but all around the world.

To some extend that's in the genes. There is an understanding of getting out and about. You actually have to go out and meet people to get a sense of what's going on and to give people a sense of your understanding what is happening.

Whenever granny walks into a room, everyone just stands up and stops, because obviously it's huge, and I kind of go....(hace gesto aquí)
